How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?
Those are useful tools for building a website yourself. N Progress Design is a managed service. We plan, write, design, launch, host, and maintain the site with you—so the responsibility does not land back on your desk.
Will I own my domain and content?
Yes. Your domain, business accounts, mailing list, and original content stay yours. We manage access and the technical work while keeping ownership clear.
How do website updates work?
Send the requested text, photo, hours, service, or other change by email. Each plan includes a defined monthly update allowance, so ordinary changes are handled without a new quote every time.
How long does a website take?
Most Essentials and Growth websites should take roughly four to eight weeks once the needed information is available. More complex projects receive a timeline with the proposal.
Can you help with email marketing or lead capture?
Yes. Lead forms, email-list connections, and a welcome automation are included in Growth. Ongoing campaigns and more advanced automations can be included in Concierge or scoped separately.
What is not included in the standard plans?
Online stores, complex scheduling, memberships, custom software, paid advertising, and large SEO programs require a separate scope. We will identify those needs before you commit.
